Rose Hip Facial Balm starts with fat red wildcrafted rose hips from Oregon Coast wild rose bushes. At the beginning of August, I traveled to Cannon Beach with my parents, sister and our kids and harvested these beautiful fruits. Aren’t they wonderful?! I infuse the rose hips into organic olive oil. After filtering the oil, I add organic golden jojoba oil, argan oil, sea buckthorn oil, prickly pear oil, mango butter, as well as the essential oils of frankincense, neroli, and rose. This balm is set with organic beeswax.
Rose Hips are very high in vitamins C, B, K and A. They brighten, tighten and soothe. It has a really nice slip and feels luxurious. This is a vitamin packed powerhouse, great for aging skin. Gently rub on your crow's feet, your smile lines, or all over!
The rose hips in this balm are wild foraged, which means they are ethically harvested from a naturally growing plant. When wild-foraging, it is important to take no more than you need, leaving some for the animals, insects and future of the plant. It also means that once it's gone, it won't come back until next fall as is the lifecycle of the rose bush!

My face has been very dry since perimenopause started. I've tried many lotions and none of them really worked. I was using a vaseline product at night because that at least that left my skin feeling somewhat hydrated in the morning. But using it during the day left me shiny in a not so good way. This facial balm has been just what my skin needed. It absorbs into my skin but also keeps the dryness away all day long. It makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated. When using this balm you experience light, clean wild crafted scents of dried flowers in sunshine! I love it. Everything in it is natural and good for the skin. What's so nice, too, is the story that goes with it. I admire this lady and what she does with flowers!
