Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they have left our production facility, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your Folk Potions experience. If you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible at questions@folkpotions.com.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
