Shipping policy
Shipping on all orders valued at $85 or more is free in the US. Shipping is $4.99 for all orders below $84.99. Folk Potions currently ships to the US. Most orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. Alternative shipping options with UPS are available for purchase when available for a delivery address. We ship Monday through Friday and will do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but we are a family run business and things happen! Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.
