Single Estate Calendula Body Oil

This oil was made with extreme care and healing intentions.

The Calendula blossoms used in this oil were grown and dried by the brilliant people Katydid Hill Farm in Orwigsburg, PA. Just like folk potions, katydid hill farm is a husband and wife run production! They grow beautiful herbs and have a wide selection of teas. My sister sent me some of their hyssop tea she got at her local farmers market in Philadelphia. It was lovely and i was hooked. When we were looking for a pure calendula supplier for this oil, this was my first stop. 

I infused these most fragrant calendula blooms with all-organic, highly nutritive oils for 6 weeks. They were then filtered and pressed, pulling out every drop of magic oil. Then I added a small bit of organic Calendula essential oil to achieve a full spectrum of the flower’s power.

Calendula, also known as "Skin-Knit", is my favorite flower. Its incredible generosity is unparalleled. She is a very calming plant ally. She can be applied to scars, scrapes, rashes and any other skin aberrations to be soothed. 

Every aspect of this was done by hand, with love. I hope this oil helps in bringing your skin and soul a moment of peace and healing. The resulting oil is a sunny orange color and smells of summer  

Use on sensitive or robust skin and on any part of your body. Absorbs best on damp skin, or after bathing.
