shipping & returns
Shipping on all orders valued at $75 or more is free in the US. Shipping is $4.99 for all orders below $75. Folk Potions currently ships to the US. Most orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday and will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. We are a very small team and things happen! Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsible for orders where USPS tracking indicates that the item has been delivered but you have not received it. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the matter.

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned once they have shipped. Cancellations are accepted so long as the order has not been shipped. Please know that if your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
